West Seattle Neighborhood

Dr. Nat is a Washington-licensed naturopathic primary care physician and a first-year resident at West Seattle Natural Medicine and Naturopathic Family Medicine. Though early in her career, she brings more than a decade of experience in integrative medicine through a range of clinical and supportive care roles. Her approach is grounded in compassion and deep respect for each patient’s lived experience-because healing is rarely one-size-fits-all.

Dr. Nat earned her doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon, the oldest accredited naturopathic medical university in North America (est. 1956). She completed her bachelor’s degree in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine (ATTM) through the English Program at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai, Thailand, graduating with honors at the top of her class.

Before medical school, she completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program at the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Emeryville, California. She graduated with honors and practiced part-time as a massage therapist in Berkeley while completing her prerequisites. She is also a certified doula (labor, postpartum, and home birth) and has supported families in both Thailand and the United States in hospital and birth-center settings. Dr. Nat also trained with Nancy Bardacke, CNM, founder of the Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) Program.

During her training at NUNM, she completed a six-month Integrative Pelvic Therapy mentorship with Dr. Kathryn Kloos and two years of Integrative Mental Health training focused on trauma-informed care across stages of child development. These studies inform her commitment to helping patients move beyond labels and toward resilience. Through her own decade-long healing journey, she has experienced firsthand how neuroplasticity can reshape identity and well-being. She is passionate about guiding patients to meet their wounds and imperfections with greater ease, curiosity, and self-compassion.

After graduating from NUNM, Dr. Nat joined NFM Health Incorporated as a naturopathic medical assistant, where she gained a deeper understanding of the clinic and the Greater Seattle community it serves. She now brings that experience into her residency as she continues to grow clinically and provide patient-centered care.

Dr. Nat is passionate about family medicine and nature cure, with a focus on prevention, education, and addressing root causes. She partners with patients to create holistic care plans aligned with their goals and values. Above all, she sees every patient encounter as a space for shared wisdom, where healing unfolds through mutual learning and trust.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Nat enjoys recharging in nature, exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, attending meditation retreats, taking fitness and dance classes, and spending time with family and friends.
