How it Works
Schedule A Visit
Schedule online via this website, texting our main number (206-938-1393), or calling us and leaving a voicemail with your request to schedule.
Prior To Your Visit
You’ll simply need to activate your Charm patient portal account, and fill out your paperwork to give your doctor everything they need.
Check- In
On the day of your visit look for a clipboard with your initials that contains any additional paperwork needed (for in-person visits). *Please note: we do not have live reception and check-in instructions are located in the waiting area.
See The Doctor
Your first visit will be 1 hour, giving time to dig into your situation, your history, and your questions. Follow up visits are generally 30 minutes and wellness visits are typically 45 minutes.
During your Visit
Your doctor may:
- Order Blood Work or other speciality labs
- Do a Physical Exam
- Request Records from Previous Doctors
- Refer to a Specialist
Get Personalized & Holistic Treatment Plan
This could include supplements, botanical medicines, diet/lifestyle changes, and prescription meds, with a clear plan for your treatment and when to return for a followup.
Check Out Process
We use a “Hands Free Process”: We keep a card on file for easy collection of copays and dispensary purchases.
Supplement Refills
Patients can request refills to be conveniently shipped out via our mail order dispensary with free shipping. We also work with Fullscript an online supplement prescription company as well as recommend Pharmaca as a place to get supplements for those who prefer to shop locally.
