A NW native, Lee grew up in Washington and currently lives here raising his four-legged family with his husband, Forrest, of 20+ years. They have three smooth collies, Aiden, Teagan, and Finn, who would probably say they’re raising Forrest & Lee.
Lee discovered acupuncture 15 years ago after finishing his first career in non-profit, taking a yearlong sabbatical traveling the world with his husband. He discovered the benefits of the medicine on his own health after many years of not finding any relief. It was then that he decided he wanted to help others find this amazing but often misunderstood form of medicine.
A nationally accredited acupuncturist and herbalist and current doctoral candidate, Lee loves what he does and wants his patients to reach their health goals; and part of that usually includes helping patients get back to doing the things that make them happy in life (i.e. exercise, gardening, art, etc.).
Lee specializes has an excellent track record treating the following.
- Pain management, Sports & Occupational Injury recovery and performance improvement.
- Autoimmune management (i.e. Crohn’s, Fibromyalgia, Psoriasis, etc.)
- Reproductive, Urogenital health
- Insomnia, Anxiety & Depression, Trauma Recovery
- GI conditions (Including GERD, nausea, IBS, etc.)
- Respiratory Health
- Post cancer treatment care
In addition to the general health concerns of his patients.
He uses a safe, gentle and effective acupuncture style centered in Japanese acupuncture practices that focuses on treating not only the individual but what the body needs the day of treatment.
Lee is also certified in trigger point injection acupuncture for chronic pain, slow to recover sports injuries and scar mitigation.
Lee is a part of the LGBTQIA2s+ community and believes in and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, affirming and accepting environment for every patient.
